Superkauppa.fi is an online shop owned by Origodesign Oy (FI1234567) that sells products and services to private persons in Finland and abroad.
By placing an order Superkauppa.fi online shop subscriber accepts the terms and conditions at the time of the contract. Superkauppa.fi reserves the right to change the terms of the contract by a unilateral decision without notice.
Superkauppa.fi is not responsible for any damages occurred. Our liability is limited in all cases to the value of products ordered and delivery costs.
Superkauppa.fi agrees to inform the customer as soon as possible if there is a delay or any other problem with the order.
Superkauppa.fi complies with all existing consumer protection in Finland and in the European Union. These terms do not apply to the extent that they restrict the rights of the consumer as defined by law.
Trade between corporate customers and Superkauppa.fi is governed by Finnish commercial law, unless otherwise specified.
We offer a variety of shipping options to choose from. Different delivery methods and their real-time rates are seen when making an order and in the order confirmation page before binding purchase transaction is conducted.
We do not offer ‘cash on delivery’ as a payment option.Once your order is paid, we will send you an order confirmation, including sales invoice via email. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a separate e-mail delivery confirmation. If the selected delivery method supports order tracking number, delivery confirmation will include the link to track your order.
- Upon delivery you will receive a printed shipping list for your purchase, which also serves as a potential warranty slip.
- If the product is in stock, the order will usually be processed within one business day. If the product is not in stock, estimated delivery time can be seen separately on the product page and when placing an order.
Customer Account and Data Security
Customers can choose to open a loyalty account. Membership gives customers a number of advantages, such as the ability to collect bonus points that can be used as payment when placing an order.
Customers are free to join, and there is no obligation to the customer other than to comply with the rules of the service. Customer must be of legal age, and a full-fledged natural person. The user is responsible for his own account. Customers are also responsible for the correctness of provided information, a personal information and the safekeeping of his or hers username and password
Joining provides us authorization to maintain and develop customer relationships. Your information will not be used for direct marketing purposes, rather than those disclosed to third parties unless the customer specifically accept this. Thus, the user selects whether his self-address data is used for direct marketing purposes.
The customer has the right to amend, modify and delete data concerning him or her from the service provider registry.
We never ask or save the following user information:
a) date of birth or a personal identification number
b) bank details
c) credit card information (credit card payments, the card information will be transferred only directly between the customer and the credit union in a digital, verified connection.
If the customer wants to remove their information from the register, he or she can send a free-form written request by email to email@example.com. Alternatively, the applicant may send a letter to: Origodesign Ltd, Hämeentie 42 B 56, 00500 Helsinki, Finland.
Returns and Refunds
Consumer customers have a 14-day return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the package. The right to return applies only to unused products. You can open the package to inspect the stuff without losing the right of withdrawal. You can not, however use the product. Packaging must be opened carefully and neatly. If the product has traces of use, we will charge the customer an additional fee to recover the costs incurred.
Opened hygiene and intimate products do not have a return or exchange policy because of their nature. Hygiene and intimate products include all of RFSU’s products, nose & ear trimmers, earphones and hands-free devices. For business customers, orders are not refundable, except where specifically agreed. In case of unwarranted return we will charge customers for all expenses incurred. Customer returns shipping costs will be covered by the seller only from within Finland. If the customer returns is done from outside Finnish territory, the buyer is responsible for all returns related shipping courier costs

We strongly recomment using a trackable courier for the returns. Superkauppa is not responsible to compensate the value of returned items, should they get lost before reching our warehouse.
Placing an Order
Purchasing does not require registration, but by registering you will receive l multiple additional benefits.
1. If you have already joined as a customer, start your purchase by logging in. You can still login at a later time, when you confirm your order at checkout.
2. Add desired product(s) to shopping cart by clicking the Add to Shopping Cart button.
3. After adding product to the cart, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart page. In the shopping cart page, you can see what products are in your shopping cart and how much they cost. You can change the number of products or remove a product from your basket. To remove a product, check the ‘remove’ option and click ‘update’. If you want to add other products to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping by clicking the ‘Continue Shopping’ link, or by clicking any product category or manufacturer link. If you change the number of products in your shopping cart, you will see the new total cost by clicking the ‘update’ button.
4. Once all desired products are in the Shopping Cart, click Checkout at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
If you have an account with us, and you have not yet logged in, you can now log in. If you do not have a customer account, you can create one at this stage or you can make your purchase without an account: If you choose to not make an account, your data will not be saved.
The contents of your shopping cart appears in the upper right corner of each page in the service cart. You can see what products you have in your shopping cart and what is their total cost. You may want to look at the shopping cart, change the number of products or remove products by clicking on Shopping Cart link.
5. In this page you can check the delivery address and, if necessary, change it by clicking the ‘Change’ link in the address. To continue forward, click Continue.
Bambora (Bambora AB, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of this online shop. The Bambora AB is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora AB is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Maksukaista is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. Superkauppa.fi is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Bambora you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. Your company receives an invoice as an e-invoice or via email (.pdf invoice). Invoice has a 14 day payment period. Your company can determine the purchasing power to the specified employees and manage them easily using the online service. Your company can keep track of purchases made through the online service. Warranty and Maintenance
The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in written by an e-mail to the customer support of the online shop.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
